Can I collect my order after my selected time slot?
We highly recommend collecting your order at the time slot you selected. This helps us keep collections running smoothly and ensures your order is ready when you arrive. If you’re running late, you may still collect your order later that day, however
How does Click & Collect work?
To make an order, visit our Click & Collect website here. When you arrive at the store to collect your order, please provide your name and order number.
Where do I collect my order?
You will collect your order for the store location selected during the order process. Your order confirmation will show your selected location and can provide directions should you need it.
Can I collect my order early?
Your order may not be ready before your selected collection time, so please arrive during the time slot shown in your confirmation email or once your order is marked as "Ready". If you arrive early, we’ll do our best to help, but you may need to wait
What happens if I don’t collect my order?
All orders must be collected on the date selected at checkout. As our doughnuts are freshly prepared for your order, uncollected orders cannot be refunded, replaced or transferred to another date. If you’re running late, please collect your order bef
Can someone else collect my order?
Yes. Someone else can collect your order on your behalf. Please make sure they have the name used to place the order, as well as the order number.
Can I cancel or refund my Click & Collect order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number. As our doughnuts are freshly prepared to order, cancellations and refunds may not be possible once preparation has begun. Orders that are not colle
Why has my Click & Collect oder been cancelled?
On the rare occasion, some items, or even the full order, may be cancelled from your Click & Collect order. The reason for this is because the stock has not been updated, and is no longer available for your order.
