If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number.

As our doughnuts are freshly prepared to order, cancellations and refunds may not be possible once preparation has begun.

Orders that are not collected on the selected date are not eligible for a refund, replacement or transfer to another date.
