We highly recommend collecting your order at the time slot you selected. This helps us keep collections running smoothly and ensures your order is ready when you arrive.

If you’re running late, you may still collect your order later that day, however, all orders must be collected on the date selected at checkout.

Orders that are not collected on the selected date cannot be refunded, replaced or transferred to another date.
