Yes, loyalty points on our digital scheme expire after 1 year. After this, they will be removed from your account and cannot be used.

Customers will receive a text message to the phone number connected to their loyalty scheme. This message will notify the customer that they have X points expiring soon, as a reminder to use the points before they're gone.
